Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: To cancel your session, please email or text at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time. All deposits are non-refundable. However, if you cancel within the required 2-hour window, your deposit may be applied to your next booking. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the session will forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to schedule a future appointment. Missed Appointment Policy: If the massage therapist arrives at the scheduled location and the client is unavailable, the therapist will wait up to 15 minutes. If the client has not arrived or made contact within that time, the session will be canceled via email or text, and the deposit will be forfeited. Payment Policy: Final payment is due prior to the start of your massage session. Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Chime, Cash App, or cash. In-Home Session Requirements: All in-home massage sessions must take place in an open area of at least 120 square feet, with a minimum of 3 feet of clearance around the massage table to ensure a safe and effective session. Stair Access Fee: If the massage therapist is required to carry equipment up more than one flight of stairs, a $10 per flight fee will be applied. This helps ensure the safety and efficiency of setup. Arrival Time: Your massage therapist will arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled session start time to allow for setup, payment, and a brief consultation (if not completed beforehand). Zero-Tolerance Policy: Get Zen'd maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment or any form of inappropriate behavior. Any such conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund, and the client will be permanently prohibited from booking future appointments. Session Cancellation Rights: Both the client and the therapist reserve the right to cancel the session at any time. If the therapist cancels due to an unsafe or inappropriate environment, the session will be terminated immediately, and no refund will be issued. Safety Policy: The safety of both the client and the massage therapist is a top priority. The therapist reserves the right to request photo identification upon arrival to confirm the booking name. Weather Policy: In the event of severe weather at the time of the appointment, either the client or the therapist may cancel up to 30 minutes prior to the session without penalty. Verification of severe weather conditions may be requested via email.
